The Pesola Hospitality Group is made up of unique brands specializing in creating authentic, memorable experiences. From humble beginnings, owner Nick Pesola launched Revolution Rotisserie, the first concept, at Findlay Market as a pop-up food vendor serving up rotisserie chicken and inventive pita sandwiches. After the success at Findlay Market, Nick opened up a brick-and-mortar location of Revolution Rotisserie, transforming the concept to a full-service restaurant and bar specializing in creative chicken dishes and made-from-scratch comfort food served in a lively atmosphere. Milkman is the second original Pesola Hospitality concept, and it specializes in juicy burgers, boozy shakes, and speedy service at an affordable price. Amador Cuban Restaurant & Rum Bar is the 3rd and largest concept under the Pesola Hospitality umbrella.
